Betgee Terms and Conditions — Pakistan Betting Platform

1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry the specific meanings defined here. Understanding these definitions will help you interpret the rest of this document correctly.

• "Betgee" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the betgee platform, its operating entity and all services offered at betgee.ws.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any registered account holder using betgee's services.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a player following successful registration on betgee.
• "Services" — all products and features available on betgee, including sports betting, casino games, slots, Teen Patti, esports betting, crash games and live cricket score tracking.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency accepted and used for all transactions on betgee.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits added to an account balance, subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification, the process by which betgee confirms the identity and age of a player.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount that must be staked using a bonus before the associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "RNG" — Random Number Generator, the certified system used to determine the outcomes of casino games and slots on betgee.

2. Account Eligibility

Access to betgee's services is strictly restricted to eligible individuals. Creating an account on betgee constitutes your confirmation that you meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to register an account and use any betgee service. Betgee enforces strict age verification on all accounts. Where documentation is required to confirm your age, you must provide it promptly. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds in that account will be forfeited. Betgee will never knowingly permit underage gambling and takes this obligation very seriously.

Geographic Eligibility

Betgee's services are directed at players in Pakistan. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using betgee's services is legal in your jurisdiction. If you access betgee from a jurisdiction where online betting or casino gaming is prohibited, you do so at your own risk and betgee accepts no liability for any resulting consequences.

Mental Capacity

You must be of sound mind and acting in your own personal capacity. Persons who are under the influence of alcohol, controlled substances or who lack the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract are not permitted to place bets or play games on betgee. Betgee reserves the right to void any bets or winnings associated with an account where these conditions were not met.

3. Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one betgee account. Creating, operating or benefiting from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and is treated as a serious breach of these terms. If betgee identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all such accounts may be closed and all balances forfeited.

Accurate Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and truthful information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, mobile number and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information, including using a false identity or another person's details, is a breach of these terms and may constitute fraud.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your betgee account login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. Betgee will never ask you for your password via live chat, email or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify betgee immediately. All transactions made using your login credentials before you notify betgee of unauthorised access will be treated as your own.

KYC Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal, betgee will request documentation to verify your identity and confirm your age. Accepted documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, a valid Pakistani passport or a valid driving licence. You may also be asked to provide proof of address or proof of the payment method used to deposit. Betgee will process KYC submissions within 48 hours of receiving complete documentation.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on betgee are made exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Betgee does not charge any fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges. The following payment methods are accepted on betgee for deposits: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on betgee is Rs 500. Deposits below this threshold will not be accepted. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposit amounts may be subject to additional verification at betgee's discretion.

Processing Times

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your betgee account instantly upon confirmation of the transfer. IBFT bank transfers may take up to two hours to be reflected in your balance depending on your bank's processing times. Card deposits are typically credited within a few minutes.

Deposit Restrictions

All funds deposited to betgee must be from payment methods registered in your own name. Betgee does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment method belonging to a different person will be returned and the account may be investigated for potential fraud.

5. Withdrawals

Betgee processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Withdrawals are paid in PKR. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Betgee does not charge any fees on standard withdrawals.

Processing Time

Betgee aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within ten minutes. In practice, most Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals reach your mobile wallet in under ten minutes from the time betgee processes the payment. IBFT bank transfers may take up to 24 hours depending on your bank. During periods of very high volume, processing times may extend slightly but betgee will always aim to minimise delays.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
• There must be no active bonus wagering requirement on your account at the time of withdrawal, unless you choose to forfeit the bonus.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
• Betgee reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawal amounts.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if betgee's compliance team has identified irregular activity on the account.

Forfeiture of Bonus on Withdrawal

If you request a withdrawal while a bonus wagering requirement is still active on your account, you will be asked to either continue wagering or forfeit the bonus. Forfeiting the bonus means the bonus funds and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds will be removed before the withdrawal is processed. Real money deposits and their winnings are not affected by bonus forfeiture.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Betgee regularly offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion and to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and this section, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

Welcome Bonus

New players registering on betgee are eligible for the welcome bonus, which is applied to the first deposit. The welcome bonus percentage and maximum bonus amount are as stated on the active promotion page at the time of registration. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household address and per IP address. Betgee reserves the right to withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time for new registrations.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The standard wagering requirement is stated on the specific promotion and is typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., x25 means you must stake 25 times the bonus total).
• Betgee reserves the right to exclude specific games from contributing to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet, while live casino games and sports betting contributions vary by promotion.
• Bonus funds and bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully met.
• The maximum bet permitted while a bonus is active is Rs 2,000 per round or per bet. Bets placed above this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
• Betgee reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if there is evidence that the promotion has been abused, including through collusion, systematic play patterns designed to exploit the bonus or use of multiple accounts.

7. Sports Betting Rules

This section covers the rules that apply to all sports bets placed on betgee, including cricket, PSL, football and esports betting markets.

Bet Placement

All bets placed on betgee are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to check your bet slip carefully before confirming, including the market, the selection and the stake in PKR. Betgee will not refund or reverse bets on the grounds of a player having placed the wrong selection or stake.

Minimum & Maximum Stakes

The minimum bet on all betgee sports markets is Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by market and match and are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placing the bet. Betgee reserves the right to adjust maximum bet limits at any time, including on active markets.

Odds & Prices

Betgee displays odds in decimal format. Odds are subject to change up until the point a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed on your confirmed bet slip are the odds that will be used for settlement, regardless of any subsequent price movements. In the event of a manifest error in displayed odds (a price clearly and significantly outside the true market value), betgee reserves the right to void the affected bets.

Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets on betgee update in real time based on match events. There may occasionally be a brief delay between match events and the reflection of those events in the live market. Betgee does not accept any responsibility for losses arising from bets placed based on information that was already publicly available at the time of bet placement.

Match Abandonment & Postponement

If a cricket or sports match is abandoned before completion, betgee will follow the settlement rules applicable to the specific sport and format. For PSL and other T20 matches, the DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) method may apply to certain markets. Postponed matches that are rescheduled within 48 hours will typically be treated as the same event for settlement purposes.

8. Casino & Games Rules

All casino games, slots, Teen Patti tables and crash games on betgee are operated by licensed game providers using certified Random Number Generators (RNG). This section covers the rules that apply to all casino and game products on betgee.

Game Fairness

Every slot and casino game available on betgee uses a certified RNG that is independently tested by accredited third-party laboratories. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all slot games are published on the game information screen within the game interface. These RTPs represent the long-term theoretical return and individual session results will vary.

Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games, including live Teen Patti, are streamed from certified studios using real physical cards and professionally trained dealers. All live dealer game results are final once the hand or round is resolved. In the extremely rare event of a technical failure during a live game, betgee will follow the applicable studio's void and reconnection policies, which are designed to ensure fair outcomes for all players.

Teen Patti Specific Rules

Betgee's Teen Patti tables follow standard Teen Patti rules for the relevant variant (Classic, Joker, Muflis, AK47, etc.). Sideshow requests, blind play and seen play rules are as per standard Teen Patti practice. The variant-specific rules are displayed in the game interface before you sit down at any table. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of the variant you choose to play.

Disconnection Policy

If you lose your internet connection during a game round, betgee's systems will complete the round according to the game's normal rules and the result will be recorded. Betgee cannot refund stakes on the grounds of disconnection where the game round has been completed normally by the server. For games that require player action mid-round (e.g., Teen Patti decisions), the auto-fold or auto-stand function will apply if no response is received within the allowed time.

9. Responsible Gaming

Betgee is committed to responsible gaming and provides a comprehensive set of tools to help players stay in control. We believe responsible gaming is a genuine obligation, not a regulatory formality. These tools are available to all registered players from within your account settings at any time.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on deposits. Once a limit is set it cannot be increased for 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Enable alerts after 30, 60 or 90 minutes of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Apply a temporary suspension of your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from betgee for a minimum of 6 months. This cannot be reversed until the period expires.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications showing how long you have been playing in your current session.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

Betgee reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Operating multiple accounts or attempting to circumvent the one-account-per-player rule
• Abusing bonuses or promotions, including through coordinated play with other accounts
• Evidence of money laundering, fraud or other criminal activity
• Suspected use of automated betting software, bots or other artificial means to place bets
• Collusion with other players or with betgee staff to gain an unfair advantage
• Account holder is found to be under 18 years of age

In the event of account closure, betgee will return any remaining real money balance (excluding bonus funds) to the account holder's verified payment method, unless the closure is related to fraud or criminal activity in which case funds may be withheld pending investigation.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Betgee collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By accepting these terms, you also acknowledge and accept betgee's Privacy Policy. In summary, betgee collects personal data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, comply with our licensing and legal obligations and provide customer support. Betgee does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All personal and financial data held by betgee is encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology. Betgee retains player data for as long as required by applicable law and our licensing obligations. Players may request access to, correction of or deletion of their personal data by contacting betgee's support team, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the betgee platform — including the betgee brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, imagery, text and any other materials — is the intellectual property of betgee or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the betgee platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish or create derivative works from any betgee content without prior written permission. This prohibition extends to screen recording, scraping of odds or score data, and any automated access to betgee's systems for any purpose.

13. Limitation of Liability

Betgee provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While betgee takes all reasonable steps to ensure uninterrupted, error-free service, we do not warrant that the platform will always be available, free from errors or completely secure. Betgee will not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the betgee platform, except where such loss arises from betgee's own proven negligence or wilful misconduct.

In particular, betgee accepts no liability for losses arising from:

• Internet connectivity failures on the player's side
• Bets placed based on misunderstood odds, rules or market descriptions
• Unauthorised access to a player's account where the player failed to maintain adequate password security
• Delays in live score data due to third-party data feed latency
• Decisions made by the player while under the influence of substances or without full legal capacity

14. Amendments to These Terms

Betgee reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, betgee will notify registered players via email or via a prominent notice on the website. The date of the most recent update is always displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of betgee's services after any changes to these terms have been communicated constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with a change, you must stop using betgee's services and may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under betgee's operating licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms or the use of betgee's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts applicable under that licence.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
